AUTOMATIC FILLING UNIT WITH PRESSURE GAUGE RAN THERM

The automatic filling unit consists of a pressure-reducing valve, a stainless steel filter, a shut-off valve, and a check valve. It is designed for installation in the water inlet piping of sealed heating systems, with the primary function of maintaining system pressure at a preset value by automatically refilling with water as needed.
This product features an adjustable design, allowing the pressure to be set to the required value.
After installation, during the filling or refilling phase, water supply will stop automatically once the set pressure is reached.
It offers superior sealing with a diaphragm, 40% larger than most products on the global market.
It also ensures high accuracy and sensitivity, maintaining reliable performance over a long period.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The automatic filling unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical position. However, it must not be installed upside down. The direction of flow is indicated by the arrow on the body.
To increase pressure by 0.2 bar, turn the top adjustment knob clockwise; to decrease it, turn counterclockwise.
A pressure gauge does not need to be installed separately — simply adjust the pressure to the desired value before filling.
The outlet pressure must be at least 0.3 bar higher than the system’s static pressure, and the set pressure must be lower than the filling pressure, otherwise the unit may not function correctly.
It is typically installed at the reverse water flow section.
The unit will automatically fill until the required pressure is reached.
During filling, the shut-off valve can be manually closed.
The valve can be cleaned or replaced as needed.
