FIRE-FIGHTING UNITS, RFF-EN

The standard fire-fighting unit EN 12845 defines the requirements and provides guidelines for the design, installation, and maintenance of fixed fire-fighting sprinkler systems installed in buildings and industrial facilities.
The typical version of the EN 12845 fire-fighting unit includes three pumps:
1 main electric pump
1 standby diesel pump
1 jockey electric pump

The EN 12845 fire-fighting units are provided with ISO 9001 and CE certifications. These units are of excellent design and are manufactured in full compliance with the EN 12845 standard.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
– Fire-fighting assemblies in accordance with the EN 12845 standard
– Electrically driven pump EN 733 – back pull-out type, 2-pole air-cooled electric motor, coupled via flexible coupling
– Diesel-driven pump EN 733 – back pull-out type, diesel engine according to EN 12845, coupled via flexible coupling
– Jockey pump (pilot pump) to compensate for leakage/minor consumption
– Membrane tank, automation instruments, complete flowmeter kit
– Separate suction manifolds with valves for each pump
– Common discharge manifold with LUG valves, non-return valves, and anti-vibration connectors for each pump
– Common base frame made of steel profiles, dual batteries
– Fuel tank; in case of negative suction, a filling tank is provided
– Electrical control/automation panels (3 units), separate for each pump
– The unit is delivered fully assembled, hydraulically tested, and ready for operation
– Certified with ISO 9001:2000, CE declaration of conformity
